Zavod "Miass" turns out a variety of products for petrochemical industry.
Zavod "Miass" provides the overall package of services for production of pontoons (floating and block types), peripheral seals, domes and floating roof seals from elaboration of design and estimate documentation adjusted for all customer's desires and local construction regulations, production of an item to integration and supervised installation.
Quality and high consumer attributes of the produced tank devices comply with PB 03-605-03 regulations for steel vertical cylindrical tanks containing oil and oil products, and are confirmed by the appropriate documents, licenses, various certificates and reviews made by our customers.
Design - individually on the basis of tank parameters and operation conditions presented by the customer.
Production - highly automated equipment, well-developed production capacities, high level of the quality control system.
Mounting - experienced mounting teams will carry out installation in a definite time according to specifications independently of the season and climatic conditions.
In 2012 Zavod "Miass" developed a new product - a light pontoon and prepared it for commissioning. The pontoon is designed for holding and stabilization of a circular sprayer of fire extinguishing agent above oil products in the tank during operation (discharge/filling/storage).
The structure is composed of a set of aluminum floats, arms, to which the floats are fixed, an anti-turning device, an earthing system and other components. The pontoon will hold a circular sprayer and a flexible metal hose to supply fire extinguishing agent; so, in case of fire the sprayer located above the oil product will supply fire extinguishing agent for fire fighting.
The novelty expands a line of Zavod "Miass" products for petrochemical industry.
