Specific design features of the block pontoon produced by Zavod "Miass"
- possible tank loading through an oval trap-door of 600õ900 mm;
- the block weight does not exceed 15 kg;
- easy-to-assemble, requires no special mounting facilities. The block in itself is an assembly tooling;
- the pontoon block structure permits maximum covering of the product surface (evaporation surface) exposed to air, that improves the pontoon efficiency up to 99%;
- application of blocks from rigid close-cellular polyurethane foam with the fixed density up to 65 kg/m3 improves the pontoon operation reliability (reserve of buoyancy);
- the pontoon structure provides additional installation of equipment required for the ñustomer;
- four types of special profiles used in the pontoon structure significantly improves its strength properties: it can withstand the load of more than 400 kg/m2 and the 50-mm water layer load;
- a profile of the pontoon peripheral ring permits mounting seals of any type;
- the pontoon structure allows replacing any parts, if required.
